We remunerate according to personal achievement and business success. This remuneration is standard-oriented. Employees of Deutsche Post World Net are paid in line with market rates, and according to performance and success.
Employees working under collective wage agreements receive a variable bonus of between 5% and 17.5% of annual basic salary. All non-executive, non-tariff employees receive an annual salary and an orientation bonus between 17.5% and 40%. Part of the orientation bonus is based on the company's business success.
