How do I apply for a thesis/doctorate position?

The prerequisite for the oversight of a thesis at Deutsche Post is the successful completion of an internship at our company. The work during the internship usually generates a suitable subject for a thesis. You will find the internship positions listed in the company-wide Job Center.

Does the company offer unpaid internships?

Unfortunately, we do not offer unpaid internships, for example as part of qualification programs. The Deutsche Post internship program is designed specially for students at universities and technical colleges who are majoring in economics or information technology, and who have finished their intermediate diploma.

Where can I find a listing of internships?

You will find all internships listed in our company-wide Job Center. At the site, you can also apply online for an internship.

Does Deutsche Post World Net offer long-term/part-time internships?


No. An internship at Deutsche Post usually lasts three to six months. This is long enough to get a look at our company and to gain professional experience through work on specific projects.

Can I send an unsolicited application for an internship?

You can submit an unsolicited application online. As a result, your profile will be included in our company's candidate pool. All personnel departments have access to this pool and can search for candidates when the need for interns arises.
