Promotion of talented people

We want to attract the best employees to our company. That's why we work to recognize talented people early on and to support them.

“Keep in Contact” (KiC), the program for promoting talented people at Deutsche Post World Net, is designed for students and college graduates who have already gotten to know the Group or a subsidiary either inside or outside Germany, no matter whether it was in a successful intership, a BA (Berufsakademie) study program or a practical project (e.g., university competition). We invite the best of them to remain in touch with the company as well as with other interns by using the KiC online portal. With the help of seminars, business games as well as networking and social events, we give you the opportunity to personally grow.

Our objective: To recognize talented people at an early time and to encourage them. For this reason, we do not just provide the best-possible professional assistance to students and college graduates during their internships at Deutsche Post World Net, we also help them with subsequent full-time jobs in the Group.

Talent pool

For the Group, Keep in Contact is a unique way to recruit potential young managers. We give KiC members preferred treatment when we fill jobs in the Group or subsidiaries. And the reason is simple: They already know the company and have shown what they can do.

Access

To be able to use the KiC Online portal, you need personal access. You will receive this information from the department where you performed your internship, among other places.
